We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Test Engineer II.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Test Engineer II (TE2) role is for individuals with foundational testing experience, focused on supporting more complex testing efforts and developing technical skills.



  • Develop test programs for regression, usability, or negative testing.
  • Design basic test plans, scenarios, and scripts, ensuring repeatability and compliance with standards.
  • Document test procedures and maintain databases of known defects.
  • Update test scripts under guidance.
  • Investigate customer issues referred by technical support and perform initial debugging by reviewing logs or configuration files.
  • Conduct compatibility tests for software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Install and configure software environments for performance testing under supervision.


ABOUT YOU:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline. andMinimum of 3 years of experience in software/system testing or quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in executing test plans and documenting results.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and automated testing.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and networking concepts.


Optional Desired Certificates:



  • Holds CompTIA Security+
  • Holds CompTIA Linux+
  • VMware Certifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.
