We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Test Engineer II. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Test Engineer II (TE2) role is for individuals with foundational testing experience, focused on supporting more complex testing efforts and developing technical skills. Develop test programs for regression, usability, or negative testing. Design basic test plans, scenarios, and scripts, ensuring repeatability and compliance with standards. Document test procedures and maintain databases of known defects. Update test scripts under guidance. Investigate customer issues referred by technical support and perform initial debugging by reviewing logs or configuration files. Conduct compatibility tests for software, hardware, and operating systems. Install and configure software environments for performance testing under supervision. ABOUT YOU: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline. andMinimum of 3 years of experience in software/system testing or quality assurance. Proficiency in executing test plans and documenting results. Familiarity with test management tools and automated testing. Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and networking concepts. Optional Desired Certificates: Holds CompTIA Security+ Holds CompTIA Linux+ VMware Certifications Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.
