Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partners Manager to join our team in Holland, MI at the Haworth Global Corporate Headquarters.
As a Human Resources Business Partners Manager, you will:
Lead and direct Human Resource Business Partners supporting business support professionals. You will ensure team performance aligns with HR strategic objectives and North American business strategies, providing guidance to management and demonstrating care for members. Additionally, you will develop and implement plans, policies, and programs to enhance performance management, member development, and engagement, while adapting departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, industrial relations or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency:
- Associate's degree in business administration, management, industrial relations or equivalent plus 2 years related experience or,
- High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of increasing responsibility in human resource positions.
- 2 years supervisory experience.

- Willing and able to travel up to 10percent of the time.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Essential Functions
- Lead a team of HR professionals:Advises the business support professionals customer group leaders and the HRBP's that support those groups on employee-related matters as it relates to effective and efficient operations. Recommends policies and procedures most likely to promote excellent employee relations, employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze HR data and metrics:Analyze HR data, including engagement and retention, to identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.
- Collaborate with HR leadership:Collaborate with HR leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulations:Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating organizational risk.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging:Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting member engagement, sustainability and continuous improvement.

- Manage HR projects:Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
