Join us our Business Solutions Analyst

This position works independently with direct report to Regional Excellence Manager in developing and implementing global digital solutions designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve financial decision making.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  Proposing and helping to implement global digital solutions to enhance planning, production, warehouse and sales & distribution processes.*

  
  
• 
  

  Sharing tasks in completing global SAP production improvement projects while keeping SAP in a validated state. Acquiring and maintaining proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, contributing to testing and validation of the greenfield implementation project.*

  
  
• 
  

  Developing and optimizing planning, scheduling, inventory, and capacity tools & processes with focus on strategic goals in delivery performance, inventory, capacity utilization, and cost control.*

  
  
• 
  

  Ensuring cohesive and effective processes, robust tool development and maintenance, and effective collaboration with all Supply Chain departments on both global and local levels.*

  
  
• 
  

  Supporting maintenance of Global Planning & Scheduling Governance to ensure cohesive and effective processes, robust tool development and maintenance, and effective collaboration with other departments on both global and local levels.*

  
  
• 
  

  Developing and optimizing reporting & data mining capabilities in SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Objects (BO) to help achieve both global and local goals.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborating with all Supply Chain departments to ensure effective end-to-end supply chain performance (Sourcing, Innovation, Production, QC, CS, Logistics, Warehouse, Demand Planning, etc)

  
  

To succeed you must hold:

• 
  

  Extensive knowledge of supply chain management required.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong project management skills with Six Sigma experience a plus.

  
  
• 
  

  SAP R/3 experience required. SAP APO experience a plus.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong analytical and technical skills with basic understanding of costing and finance.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication and presentation skills required including the ability to work with all levels of the organization.

  
  
• 
  

  Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs. Proficiency in Excel with any programming knowledge (VBA, Python, C++, ABAP, JavaScript, SQL, etc) a plus.

  
  
• 
  

  May require travel up to 15%.

  
  
• 
  

  These characteristics are normally acquired through a Bachelors degree in a related field of study, and five to seven years of experience.
