Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair diesel engines to ensure peak performance Perform 12V electrical repairs, troubleshoot issues, and replace components as needed Service and repair refrigeration systems to maintain functionality and compliance Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential issues Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency Qualifications: Previous repair experience (preferably in diesel engines, electrical systems, or refrigeration) Basic understanding of diesel mechanics and electrical systems Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work independently while following safety protocols Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines Employee Benefits/Perks: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card Life and disability insurance Employee discount programs Referral bonus opportunities Mentorship and a friendly, team-oriented work environment At Advantage Resourcing, we believe your job matters.
