About the Role As a Sr. User Experience Researcher, you will define and execute user research programs, spanning a broad set of experiences and modalities. The research activities you lead will help the team develop a deeper understanding of the users we service. You will influence product and design decisions based on customer insights, ensuring our products empower our customers in their day-to-day jobs.
