JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

Regal Rexnord is seeking an energetic leader as an International Logistics Supervisor for our growing business. This role is responsible for managing and providing daily supervision for our International Import-Export team. This is a key role within our Logistics and Fulfilment network and provides a best-in-class customer experience. Leaders in this role will be focused daily on serving as the primary contact regarding the Import Export process flow, customer escalations, providing overall direction to the international team, defining and achieving targeted KPI's and execution of our Continuous Improvement process (RBS - Regal Business System). The International Logistics Supervisor is a key member of the Logistics Leadership team and will be responsible for the ongoing hiring, retention, training, and development of the Import Export Team. The opportunity also exists to engage in or take a leadership role with strategic projects focused on the long-term success of Regal Rexnord. Major Responsibilities:
* Directs the daily activities within Import Export department. Ensures all procedures and policies are followed. Proactively identifies potential issues and effectively involves others to drive solutions and handles routine escalations.
* Liaisons with key stakeholders to understand import export shipment needs and provides consistent feedback to the business units regarding international freight movement. Serves as main point of contact for all industry disruption to the Regal Rexnord supply chain.
* Ensures communication channels are effective to all business partners to include functional leadership, Human Resources, Supply Chain, International Customer Care Team, Trade Compliance, Credit, Shipping, vendors, and buyers to ensure timely and accurate shipment completion.
* Drives continuous improvement using tools and activities including: the Regal Business System (RBS) self-assessments and audit processes. Owns and maintains integrity of departmental dashboards and transit reporting. Guides team to educate on automation tools available and leads efforts to develop a culture of highly engaged business owners.
* Optimizes the talent within the organizational structure and fosters an environment to promote individual and team growth and career development goals. Attracts, develops, and retains employees capable of sustaining our position as the leader in customer service and delivery.
* Oversees team management of the customer shipment process from assigned international and export accounts from shipment readiness until delivery at final destination.
* Subject Matter Expert on import export rules and regulations, Incoterms, free trade agreements, letters of credit, license shipments, and other items as relevant.
* Responsible for monitoring average daily team workload related to staffing by leading daily team meetings and metrics review, developing leadership standard work, staff standard work and SOPs and provides daily supervision and guidance to the direct team.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

* Bachelor's degree desired. Consideration also given to equivalent related professional experience.
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of related work experience in Import/Export field with a strong knowledge and skill in International Logistics.
* Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of US export rules and regulations, free trade agreements, Release and Customs Regulations, Incoterms, and international documents.
* Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
* Demonstrated ability improving engagement of team members.
* Ability to analyze data, provide insights, and take actions leveraging the Microsoft suite and Power BI. Experience with SAP or Oracle (or other ERP systems) preferred.
* Demonstrated success using a balance of data and experience to make sound decisions regarding resource utilization and needs.
* A passion for teambuilding and improving employee engagement.

* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Results-oriented, process improvement focused.
* Ability to work cross functionally to achieve outstanding results.
