We are currently seeking a Southeast Aviation Team Leader to join our Aviation Team located near any of our major Southeastern US office locations including Winter Springs, FL and Miami, FL. YOUR IMPACT Every airport, regardless of its size, depends on a unique set of facilities and infrastructure to meet the specific needs of their community, stakeholders and partners. The CHA team excels in delivering specialized airside, landside, and facility-related planning and design. We bring a wealth of experience to our aviation clients so they can continue to be viable assets to the communities they serve. The Southeast Aviation Team Leader will play a crucial role in our aviation business by leveraging technical expertise and existing relationships to assist with business development and market growth for aviation opportunities. At CHA, this key role is responsible for leading aviation projects and other strategic initiatives for specific clients including overseeing and coordinating multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to track projects and mitigate risks, developing and implementing program strategies, and facilitating team communication. The Southeast Aviation Team Leader will work alongside our corporate Business Development Team to identify opportunities and potential pursuits, expand the network of potential teaming partners, best position CHA to increase market share, and expand the CHA brand across the aviation market. The professional in this role will maintain communication with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of deliverables to the program's expected outcome. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $190,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
