We are currently seeking a Southeast Aviation Team Leader to join our Aviation Team located near any of our major Southeastern US office locations including Winter Springs, FL and Miami, FL.

The CHA team excels in delivering specialized airside, landside, and facility-related planning and design. We bring a wealth of experience to our aviation clients so they can continue to be viable assets to the communities they serve.

The Southeast Aviation Team Leader will play a crucial role in our aviation business by leveraging technical expertise and existing relationships to assist with business development and market growth for aviation opportunities. At CHA, this key role is responsible for leading aviation projects and other strategic initiatives for specific clients including overseeing and coordinating multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to track projects and mitigate risks, developing and implementing program strategies, and facilitating team communication.

The Southeast Aviation Team Leader will work alongside our corporate Business Development Team to identify opportunities and potential pursuits, expand the network of potential teaming partners, best position CHA to increase market share, and expand the CHA brand across the aviation market. The professional in this role will maintain communication with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of deliverables to the program's expected outcome.

REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant post education experience in infrastructure delivery
  • PE, PMP, or equivalent professional licensure preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with project delivery principles, practices, process, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues
  • Extensive advanced proficiency with infrastructure planning, design, and construction
  • Demonstrated ability with establishing, implementing, and managing multiple larger-scale discipline-related programs, documents, projects, and practices for a line(s) of business
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage staff, and effectively, persuasively, and tactfully interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic lateral thinking and strong analytical skills with attention to detail and prioritization of responsibilities in a pressure work environment
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, and company-wide staff, including those with whom no formal hierarchical relationship exists
  • Strong ability to quickly adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility to a variety of schedules and hours to meet business needs
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by CHA's health & safety policies
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements


SALARY RANGE:

$150,000 - $190,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
