Marketplace Retention Specialist - Hybrid

Summary We are seeking dynamic Marketplace Retention Specialists who will work closely with leadership and the sales team to increase Marketplace Member Retention. This individual will provide telephonic communication to Marketplace members in accordance with the department's retention plan and track all member retention efforts. Description of Duties: Assist individuals by completing the appropriate forms and meeting necessary recertification/re-enrollment targets, or by the facilitation of the process Communicate benefits of EH's products/services to maximize potential for continued membership and/or enrollments or purchases/subscriptions Function as a liaison between all EmblemHealth departments to help identify and resolve member's recertification problems or concerns Provide telephonic communication to Marketplace members in accordance with the Retention Plan developed by the Marketplace leadership team Provide proactive phone contact at least twice in the first three months of membership to welcome, explain benefits and provide health improvement opportunities Track call volume, member disenrollment date and member renewals in order to measure/evaluate effectiveness. Utilize automated tools such as EPACES, Market Prominence, ESAWS and QCARE to perform duties and conduct telephonic outreach and set field appointments when necessary Develop and maintain appropriate understanding of the health care products related to sales responsibility. Successfully complete periodic certification and testing to maintain knowledge level established by regulations Regular attendance is an essential function of the job Perform other duties as assigned or required Qualifications: Associate's degree in business, healthcare, marketing, communications field or related; B.A. preferred Must have and maintain up-to-date regulatory certification for all products sold as a condition of continued employment 1 - 2+ years of business experience with client/member/community interface and/or customer service required 3 - 5+ years of experience in sales or sales related community activities preferred Proven track record of successfully completing tasks / assignments within specified parameters required Ability to organize, prioritize, and to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to work as part of a team or independently required Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types and levels of audiences required Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) required Ability to accurately enter and update information into a database system required Additional Information Requisition ID: 25006 Hiring Range: $27.48-$32.97 per hour
