The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the customer eligibility approval process, updating the Contract Management System (Model N) and validation of distributor eligibility requests. This includes all assigned Group Purchasing Organization (GPOs) and any associated custom agreement customers. This role supports key constituents both internal and external including but not limited to GPO customers, GPO Key Account Managers, Senior Directors, Directors of Strategic Accounts (DSAs), Distributor Trading Partners and other sales teams. Serves as liaison with distributor trading partners pertaining to all customer contract eligibility inquiries. Collaborates with Chargeback team member(s) to validate unreconciled distributor chargeback claims.



You'll make significant contributions in the following areas:



  • Manages the approval and processing of all customer eligibilities for all assigned GPO(s) with contractual terms (usually 10 days); Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for correct identification and processing of correct customer contract eligibility requests
  • Responds to all customer, GPO, distributor or sales team member questions for tier slotting, eligibility requests & GPO member changes; Completes all updates in Model N
  • Supports Revenue Management Analyst(s) to ensure proper payment of correct GPO administrative fees based on proper customer eligibility approval and activations
  • Collaborates with Membership team to ensure customer membership and special roster changes are made in master data files
  • Validates accuracy of customer memberships for custom contracts
  • Updates all customer eligibility upon notification of new Molnlycke IDs in Molnlycke contract system
  • Responds to distributor eligibility requests through established GPO mailboxes
  • Provides validation of unreconciled chargeback lines to resolve any outstanding disputes as required
  • Identifies and assigns Primary GPO for outstanding Molnlycke IDs
  • Develops strategic relationships with DSAs and other internal and external key stakeholders
  • Completes daily or weekly customer LOC mass uploads for assigned GPO(s)
  • Establishes collaborative relationships with external business partners to determine best practices for GPO customer eligibility processes
  • Serves in a support role to GPO Sr. Director(s) for assigned GPO(s) related to any contract extensions or new contract implementations
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GPO websites and LOC managment for assigned GPO(s)
  • Uses data in assigned GPO(s) portals or websites to provide applicable reports to sales team members to manage compliance with membership and /or customer eligibilities
  • Responsible for completing monthly benchmarking / Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting as required

What you'll need.



  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university required; equivalent combination of education and applicable experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Prefer minimum of 1-3 years of progressive commercial contract-related experience, preferably in a medical device manufacturer, distributor or provider setting
  • Hands-on experience with Model N Provider Management a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of healthcare Supply Chain Management, with a focus on GPOs and contracting principles preferred
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and customer centric skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills including VLookups
