Project Management Senior Associate Audit Campus Full Time 83482BR Job Summary Under the direction of the Senior Manager, the Project Management Senior Associate applies skills as a seasoned, experienced project management professional with a full understanding of project management frameworks and methods, relevant policies and procedures, and organizational objectives to resolve a wide range of issues. Demonstrates competency in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Manages projects of diverse scope, size, impact, budget and / or project team size. Participates with other higher-level managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Develops and coordinates high-priority initiatives; handles questions, concerns, issues and scheduling requests; may serve as a liaison to a variety of internal and external constituencies. Projects may be passed off to the owners to implement and maintain. Requires level of expertise in project management such as project management certificate and / or quality improvement processes like Six Sigma or Lean or equivalent project management experience. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84,400 - 180,000 (Annual Rate).
