Responsibilities Leads the Commercial Product & Pricing Center of Excellence Leadership Team, which is cross functional including Business Product Directors and core CoE staff. Key responsibilities include building corporate product and pricing capabilities that deliver. More specifically: Develop, execute and maintain the Product and Pricing commercial capability roadmap for Eastman that enables our vision to be a world-leading material innovation company Translating business strategy intoeffectively executed product line, asset and stream strategies that deliver targetedROIC for the business Leading competitive intelligencefortargeted product lines and aligns productstrategies Monitoring external dynamics of rawmaterials, suppliers, industrysupply/demand balances and adapts tochanging conditions. Identifying and executionof projects to improve health of productportfolio and expand gross margin Providing input to the development ofmulti-year targets aligned with the SBUand provides input to performancereviews (SQ, MYBR, and Ops Reviews) Developing annual goals, targets andobjectives aligned to the SBU Selecting, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team of talented productmanagement and pricing professionalsto execute and deliver businessoutcomes Creates a high performing and inclusiveculture that enables everyone tocontribute to their fullest potential Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree technical or business required. MBA degree preferred. * 10+ years experience in a combination of sales, marketing, product &pricing management, finance, supply chain * Product and pricing management experience is key * Complex project leadership experience and capability * Training in key improvement and problem-solving methods and tools (such as Six Sigma or Lean) * Demonstrated experience driving differentiated outcomes in product management and pricing Outcome driven performance demonstrated through at least 2 of the following functions: * Product / Price / Stream Management - Required for all candidates * Marketing * Sales * Supply Chain * Procurement Interested?
