In this role, you will:

  • Work with business subject matter experts and technical teams to gather business process and system needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Act as a general liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Work with test teams to enable the creation of test scenarios and plans.
  • Create project documentation, training material, reference manuals, and other technical documents as necessary.
  • Assist in the training of new users for the solution.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with users.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to analyze and triage technical or business process issues.
  • Work on agile projects identifying solutions to business problems as and when they occur.

Who You Are:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience within a BA function.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred.
  • Expertise in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex customer needs, distill concepts to stakeholders, and translate them into stories with actionable acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to write requirements, reports, specifications, plans and analysis in a clear and concise manner, and at a level that is appropriate for stakeholders.
  • Expertise with Business Analysis with agile projects.
  • Ability to develop requirements through interviews, questions, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, role playing and prototyping.
  • Ability to translate business vision into defined and prioritized stories for the team backlog.
  • Understanding of available and appropriate IT resources to help define and validate requirements and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Effective, clear and concise communication skills appropriate for varying audiences.
  • Ability to identify, align and recommend solutions that align to organizations strategic objectives.
  • Ability to create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool
