Qualifications Job description Position Summary The intake RN is responsible for completing the admission assessment for patient's entering treatment for their substance use disorder. This RN will gather health information from patients and chart it in the appropriate applications, ensure necessary patient information is communicated to the medical team, and that orders received are entered correctly.
