What to Expect As a Robotic Process Automation Developer Intern (RPA), you'll apply coding skills to create and maintain RPA production-ready scripts using the UiPath tool, while also engaging in process mining activities and load balancing of robots. Pay: $18-$23 Hours: 20 - 40 hours per week (Depending on your school schedule. We're flexible!) Duration: 8-12 weeks Location: Onboarding, training, and some projects will be located at our 8220 N 23rd Ave. office in Phoenix, Arizona. All other work to be performed remotely. Throughout this Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona internship, you will: Learn the BCBSAZ business model, organization, and impact on the community. Expand and develop knowledge through exposure to the roles on the RPA team. Participate on work teams, contribute to projects and initiatives, and perform various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department. Research, analyze, track, and resolve basic IT problems. Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions. Learn area's direct flow and how it affects surrounding systems and operational areas. Qualifications High-School diploma or GED Two years attendance at an accredited school pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in computer technology or related technical field.
