The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly Senior Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and provide excellent service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will be responsible for inputting and managing customer purchase orders and field return requests. They will also be responsible for processing customer order forms, and obtaining approvals for purchase orders prior to entering those orders into the ERP (software) system.. They will be a "lead" CSR, showing initiative, drive, and pro-activeness among the team assisting the other members, as required. This position requires professionalism, friendliness and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Responsibilities
