Transportation Right-of-Way (RoW) Planner

STV is seeking a Transportation Planner for our Transportation Planning department at our Conroe, TX office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage right-of-way (ROW) activities for transportation infrastructure projects.

  • Oversee preparation of ROW plans, easement documents, property plats, appraisals, title reports, and offer packages.

  • Coordinate with clients, property owners, and public agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  • Ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, manpower, procurement, and risk elements to optimize outcomes.

  • Hold regular project progress meetings to review performance and address challenges.

  • Present data, manage meetings, and represent the company in stakeholder presentations and interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in right-of-way or related disciplines.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with public agencies and property owners.

  • Comfortable managing meetings, presenting data and participating and presenting in interviews.

  • Exceptional technical and project management skills related to the planning, design and construction process.

Compensation Range:

$52,632.56 - $70,176.75
