Candidate will work in the Oracle Payroll module and reporting system for bi-weekly payroll processing for two financial entities. Duties include full cycle payroll processing from time sheets to paychecks and NACHA payment filing. Payment of all withholding's to the required agencies and filing or all government reporting requirements through W2's.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience performing full cycle payroll processes for large multi-state company. Experience in completing and filing all federal and state reporting requirements including W2s. Experience in making all required payments and remittances to federal and state withholding agencies. Experience in Oracle Payroll is preferred or large data platforms a must.
• Must have a high degree of organization skills, attention to detail, and deadline driven. Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Other responsibilities include providing customer service to employees, assistance with annual budgeting, audit support, and other duties as assigned. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Certified Payroll Professional certification a great plus.

• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
