Position Summary:
Supports the Export Sales Team with invoices of work orders and maintains selection workflow.

Essential Functions:

  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish
  • Ensures customer specifications are on work orders.
  • Ensures that all work orders have been processed.
  • Communicates daily with Management Team (Supervisors/Leads) regarding changes in work orders.
  • Updates short sheet on a daily basis.
  • Performs general office/clerical work such as answering phones, copying, running spreadsheets and reports, answering radios, performing research, etc.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Problem Solving- Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
  • Reasoning - comparing, classifying, coordinating information
  • Communication - Must be able to work independently or within a team environment. Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Human Relations - must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment and independently.
  • Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
Equipment / Tools / Technology:
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, google applications.
  • Able to operate a radio frequency handheld device
  • Personal computer, basic office equipment such as printer/scanner/fax, telephone, etc.
