The projects will employ state of the art genomics and bioinformatics approaches to perform genome-wide discovery of susceptibility genes for organ failure in humans and animal models (exome, whole genomes, RNA seq, single cell, DNA microarray). The position will also provide opportunities to gain expertise in precision medicine and implementation of genomics into clinical care. Qualifications Minimum Degree: PhD or MD/PhD Minimum Qualifications: Requires prior experience in genetics, bioinformatics and/or programming to handle large Next-Gen sequencing datasets. | |
