Columbia University in the City of New York: Columbia University Irving Medical Center: Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons: Medicine: Medicine - General Medicine Location 02 Open Date Oct 17, 2024 Salary Range or Pay Grade $62,400 - $62,400 Description Staff Associate I The Columbia University Department of Medicine is seeking a full-time Staff Associate to assist in the conduct of a clinical trial on the effect of exercise vs. exercise guided by blood lactate levels on exercise performance in master athletes. Responsibilities: Organize and maintain documents Work on presentation of results and supporting material for scholarly presentations, papers, grant proposals and ongoing research meetings Ability to operate and maintain equipment, computers, software programs and research tools in support of the project. Qualifications Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree and four years of experience preferred. Degree in Exercise Science preferred. Other Requirements: Ability to discuss with and explain to subjects the terms and concepts of exercise science.
