The duties include working with all members of the HR department to assist and support HR processes, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Human Resources Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities. * Serves as a sincere and positive source of support to employees and serves as the first point of contact for Human Resources related items throughout the employee's employment, to enable an environment of strong talent, positive culture and strong HR partnership within Terros.
