The University of Virginia Department of Neurology is seeking candidates for an Administrative Generalist to work collaboratively as part of our Teleneurology team.Administrative Generalists are responsible for a variety of professional level work across a composite of administrative service areas and assume a breadth of responsibilities across multiple functions. The primary focus is on delivery of professional services, which may include project management, compliance, administrative program creation and oversight, training, analysis, and research and contract administration to support our Teleneurology programs. Teleneurology programs at UVA include the Telestroke, Tele-EEG, iTREAT mobile telestroke, and other associated programs. The Administrative Generalist for Teleneurology will be responsible for tasks such as partner site coordination and outreach, data collection and analysis, provider support, training, research support, and other administrative tasks. This role will serve as the primary point of contact to all external teleneurology stakeholders. This position may be tasked with supporting other Department of Neurology programs and initiatives as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: At least three years of experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a clinical position such as EMT/paramedic, patient care technician, medical assistant/scribe, or other relevant allied health role is strongly preferred. Anticipated hiring range:$65,000 - $77,000, commensurate with education and experience. This is a restricted position and is dependent upon project need, availability of funding and performance.
