Job Description

Summary

The EHS Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to the organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, including maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating safety training, tracking incident reports, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, all while supporting the EHS manager in promoting a safe workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Update and maintain team member EHS Training to include inputting data into matrix, scanning and saving to pertaining folders.
2. Maintain various team member records such as:

  • 30/60/90 safety evaluations
  • DFW Team Member Safety Training Roster

3. Support EHS onboarding activities by preparing EHS folders, collecting, scanning and saving documents.
4. Maintain inventory of all safety supplies and confirm adequate quantities are on hand and prepare order submissions.
5. Help prepare for EHS projects (meetings, trainings, communications)
6. Update EHS Communication slides on a bi-weekly basis.
7. Support the closure of all EHS related action items throughout various software programs.
8. Help create and support a positive team member experience; engage with employees regularly on the floor.
9. Other EHS duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
1. High School Diploma or equivalency required.
2. Experience as an administrator in multiple distribution aspects.
3. Position preferred literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
4. Excellent organizational skills and time management.
5. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
6. Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
