New York Life's primary distribution channel is the career Agency sales force ofmore than 12,000agents and advisors, operating in virtually every major city in the United States. Every agent/advisor is affiliated with one of our General Offices. These offices are operated by Agency management teams responsible for agent and management recruiting, development, and sales. Approximately half our agents/advisors operate their businesses out of our General Offices, while the other half maintains independent office locations.

Our General Offices are divided up among four Zones. In addition to our Zone offices, an Agency Home Office team responsible for strategy, finance, administration, standards, training, marketing, and communications supports our agents and field managers. The Agency operation also comprises teams charged with growing our business in key market segments, including the middle-income market and the advanced (high-net-worth) market.

Role Overview:
The Resource Manager will be responsible for evaluating the current state of NYL recruiting content across the entire digital ecosystem to better understand how content is performing against nuanced audience needs and competitors. This person will be buildout a modernized library of resources, including engagement tools, aligned to the reimagined recruiting process. These tools will support the creation of a new experience for both candidates and recruiters centered around a more intuitive platform that engages high-quality candidates from the initial point of contact through the entire recruiting process. This person will oversee and manage our resource strategy to ensure alignment with Agent/Advisor candidates, our value prop, new platforms for delivery and new engagement tools used in the hiring process.

What You'll Do:
* Conduct a content audit and gap analysis of all recruiting resources.
* Update any existing materials to ensure they are compliant and available to the respective users.
* Evaluate the current state of NYL recruiting content across the entire digital ecosystem to better understand how content is performing against nuanced audience needs and competitors.
* Buildout and maintain a modernized library of resources, including engagement tools, aligned to the reimagined recruiting process.
* Support the creation of a new experience for both candidates and recruiters centered around a more intuitive platform that engages high-quality candidates from the initial point of contact through the entire recruiting process.
*Align and organize resources in InfoCentral and eventually the new platform to align best with the strategy.
* Create and implement our communication plan across key stakeholders, including Senior Leadership on our resource strategy and the rollout of new and updated materials and tools.
* Manage changes based on legislation, new tools, incentives or contracts, etc.


What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5-7 years of experience
* Very strong written and oral communications skills. Experience in marketing and communications.
* Demonstrated superior organization and project management skills and attention to detail
* Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately
* Ability to work with all levels of General Office, Zone, and Home Office leadership
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Finance and accounting experience

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$117,500-$140,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
