WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Base Salary: Minimum: $50,000 MidPoint: $50,000 Maximum: $50,000, plus commission.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

- Inspire Excellence: Train, mentor, and empower your team to deliver top-tier service and exceed sales goals.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with brokers, consultants, and clients to create long-term growth opportunities.
- Take Charge: Represent and negotiate group insurance plans, oversee coverage installations, and ensure flawless execution of client services.
- Own Success: Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure the office achieves and sustains profitability.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Licensed insurance agent with proven sales success.
- In-depth knowledge of group operation products, state insurance laws, and marketing techniques.
- Strong managerial, leadership, and human relations skills
- Strong planning and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel up to 66% with reliable transportation.

- Ability to work at our home office located in Cincinnati, OH in a hybrid environment.
