Project Manager

Hill International is seeking various Project Managers in Cleveland, Ohio

• Oversees/manages the development and implementation of civil infrastructure work or facilities work packages providing direction and input on projects from design development stage through construction.
• Ensures Design professionals and Contractors are meeting all aspects of program/program requirements.
• Assists in facilitating coordination with other divisions and regulatory agencies (Planning, Airport Operations, FAA, TSA, SHPO, EPA, etc.) as appropriate.
• Assist in implementing messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed. Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings.
• Assist in CPM schedule reviews/updates.
• Manage project correspondence and change order review(s).
• Daily & weekly reporting.
• Risk Management.
• Closeout and Commissioning Coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Aviation, Business, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required. Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
• Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP etc. or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certifications.
• Must be local to Cleveland, OH or willing to relocate.
