Job Summary: The primary objective of this position will be to manage the center's workload and to revise scheduled work according to established priorities, and work capacity. This position also includes regular interface with different departments and companies to ensure all orders are processed in an effective and efficient manner.

Work Location:

  • This will be an onsite role in our Greenville location.


Compensation Information:

  • Hourly range of $20.00-$23.00 plus an annual incentive plan.


What you'll do:

  • Creates daily work assignments based on shift capacity
  • Communicates workload with shift supervisors
  • Acts as a liaison between customer care and the FC
  • Creates Bill of Lading's for shipments
  • Point of contact for freight companies and drivers
  • Evaluates the need for pack and holds and any needed 3rd party warehouses
  • Supports new item entry process
  • Processes Amazon work orders
  • Works well in a team collaboration environment
  • Open availability. This role may be required to work Holidays and weekends to support our customer's needs
  • Consistent and regular attendance and adherence to schedule.

  • Ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills


Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Background in dealing with warehouse management is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the following systems: WMS and Oracle
  • Understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in warehouse management


Education and/or Certifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
