The Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing within the School of Management and Labor Relations seeks a highly motivated individual to conduct research and writing for the new Employee Ownership Applied Research Lab and other special projects. The research assistant will perform research and write draft "Action Briefs" and practitioner case studies; edit and revise; perform other qualitative research; collaborate with research team; assist in program planning.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
Ph.D. (preferred) in a social science or public policy related field; knowledge of employee ownership models.
Demonstrated experience in qualitative research.
Strong writing and communication skills with a track record of producing academic or professional publications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
