THE JOB:

As a Busperson at Tender Steakhouse, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, and ensuring exceptional guest service. With a focus on professionalism and attention to detail, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere that complements our high-end dining experience.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.2186

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set up tables with polished flatware, glassware, fresh linens, and condiments.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, including chairs and booths, then reset promptly.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, to our guests refilling as needed.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and service areas, ensuring no debris remains.
• Prepare pre-service items such as filling ice bins and cutting lemons.
• Communicate with hosts, servers, and management to manage table turnover effectively.
• Support large events and busy convention periods with professionalism.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• Effective communication skills.
