The Department of Marketing invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of instructor.

Detailed Position Information
The Department of Marketing invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of instructor for the academic year beginning August 16, 2025. Primary duties include teaching marketing at the graduate and undergraduate levels. There are teaching needs across a variety of areas including digital and social media marketing, marketing analytics, marketing research, sales, and other areas. Responsibilities will focus mostly on teaching courses face-to-face. There may also be responsibilities for hybrid or online delivery modes. In addition, regularly meeting with students throughout the week related to coursework and student responsibilities is expected. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed and as appropriate to further advance the program and its curriculum. Service to the Department, College, and UA is also expected.

Reviews of applications will occur on a rolling basis as they are received. Initial interviews will begin as soon as possible, and the position will remain open until filled.

While engaging in publishable research activities is not required, for those applicants interested in doing so the department will provide support as available. This could take the form of financial assistance and/or access to the Department's Behavioral Lab.

Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution is required, but some preference will be given to those with a PhD/DBA in Marketing or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching marketing at the college level is preferred. Industry experience in marketing is also desirable.
