SALARY RANGE: $144,162 -200,200 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

Nokia of America Corporation, PCRF Technical Care Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Perform advanced system troubleshooting methods like system level tracing, debug, protocol flow analysis, and characterizing defects to solve complex problem, and take a new perspective on Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) Network Element. Resolve complex situations derived from technical activities such as software upgrade, audit, equipment swap, network expansion, feature testing, and end-to-end performance improvement. Perform Root Causes Analysis (RCA) analysis and report creation for Outage cases, while complying with the requirements as per the emergency process role and ensure quick recovery for issues categorized as critical outages and code red. Support technical activities in early product phases (releases, pilots, trials and early projects). Create and approve knowledge articles (author, reviewer, approver, coach). Perform system level product competence training and knowledge transfer across teams, and participate in On Call Rotation duties. #LI-DNI

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Cloud-Native Network (CNF) Infrastructure, including Docker and Kubernates; Containerizations, including CNS and Openshift; 5G end-to-end Solution; PCRF Network element; Linux operating systems; and Troubleshooting software and network issues.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted.
