CONTENT MANAGEMENT & QA ANALYST

The Content Management and QA Analyst is responsible for the efficient management, organization, and quality assurance of digital content. This role involves uploading content into software systems, applying accurate metadata, and ensuring all materials meet high standards for usability, accuracy, and functionality. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on ensuring seamless content delivery. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management



  • Upload, organize, and manage digital content within the company's software systems and platforms.
  • Apply and manage metadata tags to ensure content is accurately categorized, searchable, and easily retrievable.
  • Maintain an organized print and digital asset library, ensuring all files are stored and labeled correctly according to established guidelines.



Quality Assurance (QA)



  • Perform detailed QA checks on all uploaded content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
  • Test content on multiple platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and a seamless user experience.
  • Identify and resolve content errors, inconsistencies, or technical issues.



System Efficiency and Maintenance



  • Work with internal teams to optimize workflows for content uploads and management.
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines for metadata, file naming, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance content management processes.



Collaboration and Reporting



  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, timelines, and content requirements.
  • Document processes, QA protocols, and system guidelines to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on content readiness, QA findings, and system improvements.



QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., digital media, information systems, or education) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in content management, metadata tagging, or quality assurance, preferably in an education or publishing environment.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) or digital asset management (DAM) tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with educational or early childhood content is a plus.
  • Knowledge of metadata standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital QA tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
