Superintendent

The Superintendent takes a hands-on approach to field management, focusing on managing and generally overseeing specific tasks for one project at a time, ensuring dedicated attention to detail and successful completion.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Supervises and supports Foremen, crews, and subcontractors to organize, plan, and

schedule projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality completion.
* Inspects projects at all phases to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Monitors and manages the efficiency of material usage, ensuring optimal yield from raw materials.
* Manages and updates the MOT plan to align with project activities and comply with regulations.
* Conducts on-site pre-con meetings with customers.
* Continuously evaluates project scope and progress to confirm the availability of necessary

resources, including equipment, materials, and labor.
* Coordinates upcoming jobs with material suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Collaborates with the construction coordinator to relay field updates to the office.
* Ensures smooth project execution, working closely with leadership, clients, crews, suppliers,

and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Performs manual work on jobs (operating equipment, work as laborer) as needed.
* Performs additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
