What You'll Do

As a key member of our credit and accounts receivable team, you'll tackle a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. From conducting account research and reconciling customer accounts to processing payments and performing credit reviews, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers are supported every step of the way. Your day might include:



  • Helping potential customers establish credit by processing applications and references.
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate credit files and customer records.
  • Making collection calls to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Collaborating with teammates on special projects and initiatives.


What We're Looking For

We value professionals who are proactive, persistent, and analytical. Ideally, you have:



  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in credit, collections, or a related field.
  • Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a talent for recordkeeping.
  • A drive to work independently and the flexibility to thrive as part of a team.
