Test/Debug Engineer - Cryptography, Java, C++

A candidate for this role will support Google's Android OEM partners with implementing and testing OEM implementations of the remote key provisioning feature. This will primarily take the form of handling incoming partner bugs and resolving them. Resolutions typically take the form of fixing test issues or advising the partner on how to remediate test failures in their platform. Additionally, the role will involve test enhancements, such as adding new test cases to improve coverage.

To perform well in this role, a candidate must understand the application of public key cryptography and public key infrastructure (PKI). Additionally, candidates must be comfortable coding in both C++ and Java.

Knowledge of Android (the OS, not writing apps) is helpful, but the most relevant parts could be learned on the job.

  • Rust is highly desired. Can be learned on the job but Rust will be used on this project



Estimated Min Rate: $65.00
Estimated Max Rate: $85.00
