As we seek to engage and retain talent with a culture of learning, the Learning Producer ensures engaging, up-to-date, and impactful learning is built and maintained in each area of focus to meet business and talent needs. The Learning Producer collaborates with the Learning Designer to build meaningful global content (courses, job aids, videos, etc.). This role works closely with Business experts in the International and Americas to deliver effective learning solutions. Success in this role requires having a sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for creating inspiring learning solutions. What you'll do:
- Collaborates with Learning Designer to build content in accordance with the design plan and Customer goals
- Partners with HR, Business partners and Learning Designer to identify learning needs and priorities as needed
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all learning material for all workgroups, which can include online learning, classroom curriculum, job aids, and performance support tools
- Develops in an agile environment, producing rapid and hosting iterative content
- Continually evaluates and updates content to enhance effectiveness and improve outcomes
- Writes scripts and story boards as needed
- Experts on production tools/technology
- Build content using a variety of tools and methods: animation, video production
- Balances multiple projects at one time, adhering to strict project deadlines
- Performs self and peer quality content reviews, inspecting visual integrity, content accuracy, and user experience
Measurements/Performance Indicators
- Business, performance metrics, and learning outcomes as determined for specific projects
- Learning consumption, creation, and adoption rates
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor degree required
- 2+ years related work experience, HR or similar field a plus
- Previous experience with production tools/technology (e.g. Articulate, Biteable)
- Excellent writing, communication, analytical and instructional design skills
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a discussion and find consensus
- Ability to build strong relationships, influence and gain buy-in at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a team environment; initiative to work and learn independently
