Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 18 years of demonstrated leadership; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 16 years of demonstrated leadership. Clearance Requirements: Responsibilities for this Position General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Senior Director of Quality & Commodity Engineering. With 13 domestic manufacturing sites, each led by a site lead and supported by quality assurance teams, this position is responsible for overseeing internal site quality, operational compliance, and supplier commodity engineering. Effective communication between key commodity suppliers and internal engineering design teams is essential for success in this role. This position offers an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports fundamental defense services for our nation.
