Description

The Service Advisor Supervisor is responsible for supporting branch Service Department personnel by leading Service Advisors in each region. The Service Advisor Supervisor should understand and ensure adherence to all Service SOP's. The Service Advisor Supervisor will lead a team responsible for all AX Work Order administration, customer communication, creating service quotations, dispatching field and scheduling shop repairs, COD customer invoicing, generating VOC and tool account purchase requisitions, and other duties not specified.

Essential Responsibilities & Expectations



  • Lead Shop Service Advisors and Field Service Advisors to follow all service standard operating procedures.


  • Address branch performance issues with local Service Manager or Supervisors.
  • Conduct performance reviews timely and accurately.
  • Create development and training plans for employees.
  • Audit aged WIP and other service calls as necessary.
  • Address customer PO issues with sales and service leadership.
  • Visit all branches on a cadence set with management.
  • Provide backup support for employees out of the office.
  • Meet with internal process partners in service, parts, sales, rental, accounting, purchasing and other departments on a regular cadence to ensure all procedures are being followed.

Qualifications
Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Experience using personal computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and basic typing skills are required for this position. Communication and organizational skills are critical to be successful in this position. Prior leadership experience is a plus. (required)
