Position Description:
As a Program Coordinator III in Kern National Network you will work collaboratively on a team under the administrative direction of the Director of Organizational Engagement to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine Organizational Engagement area. Provide support and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals.
Primary Functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
- Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
- Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
- Support on tracking of the program budget, including payment invoicing and tracking.
- Schedule people and material resources, including supporting travel arrangements and building travel itineraries.
- Take a relational approach to conducting and coordinating program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with partner organizations.
- Engage in learning about the program and program partners.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress internally and to program stakeholders.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
- Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review and solicitation of funding opportunities.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
