Orthopedic Program Coord. - RN - Tripoint

• Coordinates clinical care of the orthopedic surgery patient throughout the continuum
• Communicates with patients and their families and caregivers
• Delivers education to internal and external customers
• Performs daily administrative oversight of the program
• Monitors care protocols, quality outcomes, and identifies areas for improvement
• Actively pursues professional development opportunities

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
