Description
Airborne is looking for an HR Recruiter to help support full life cycle recruiting efforts for Airborne and its subsidiaries. This is an excellent opportunity to join an amazing team in an exciting industry. Duties will include recruiting functions such as monitoring trending job boards and social media, accurately sourcing qualified candidates, traveling to job fairs, recruiting events, and developing creative recruiting strategies, including cold calling, to find & interact with the talent pool. This position will communicate Airborne values to prospective candidates & current employees, will support new hire information processing & onboarding presentations and will collaborate with management to provide customer service and problem-solving support.
