Mission Statement As a Mannington Associate I am expected to conduct myself in a manner which supports the company's values and philosophy, while performing in the best interest of my fellow associates. Essential Duties The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to: Section Title A How to determine priorities B How to complete the Lift Truck Maintenance Checklist C How to supply tufting with primary backing and cores D How to process completed tufting rolls E How to operate the wrapper F How to perform tufting/ primary backing roll entry G How to perform weekly cycle counts H How to determine beam machine and warper needs I How to prepare a beam machine for the next set J How to perform administrative duties K How to perform weekly beam rack inventory L How to pull used yarn from machine to tailouts M How to load the next set for a tufting creel machine N How to unload yarn from outside suppliers O How to pull yarn from inventory for back-up sets P How to unload yarn off trailers from JBC and locate into inventory Q How to take yarn to the back-winder for breaking yarn down R How to pull and load greige rolls for outside suppliers S How to receive and locate greige rolls back in from outside suppliers T How to pull additional yarn from inventory when required U How to weigh and process skinner cones V How to pull metering orders W How to pull sell yarn X How to pull yarn for outside vendors Y How to drive short truck for deliveries Z How to perform housekeeping responsibilities Review all other work instruction associated with job Job Qualifications and Requirements The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job. Topic Qualifications and Requirements Physical Must be able to operate a lift truck for six (6) hours of an eight (8) hour shift or ten (10) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift. Skills ? Must be an experienced Lift Truck Operator. --> Must be able to use AS400 programs efficiently. Experience Must be an experienced Lift Truck Operator. ( Fork & Pole ) Responsibility Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and housekeeping. Training ? Required to complete approximately two (2) weeks training under supervision of qualified associate. --> Required to obtain certified lift truck operator's license through the Mannington lift truck training class. Must be re-certified every three (3) years by Mannington. Other Overtime is / may be required. Safety and Security Requirements
