What this job involves - The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities across JLL-managed properties using the CMMS. This role will ensure efficient allocation of resources, timely completion of maintenance tasks, and effective communication between maintenance teams and stakeholders.

What is the day to day?
This position is responsible for the scheduling of work orders. The CSR works closely with the entire non-JLL technical support team and JLL technical staff to ensure that all work done at the site by work orders is safely and properly input, scheduled, and closed out to meet all contracted performance requirements.
Be proficient in and perform work as needed to include, but not limited to: CMMS Maximo data entry and management; preventative maintenance scheduling; corrective maintenance and general maintenance planning and coordination; using maintenance libraries; visit job sites for work order clarification; confer with work order requestors as required; review and prioritize work orders.
Identify safety hazards as part of the scheduling process and assist in the incorporation of remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building's staff and occupants work in a safe environment. Implement, administer, and manage safety training program for staff
Assist the Facilities Manager, Chiefs Engineers and Planners to ensure that compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines are met in accordance to their SOP's as they relate to the work being scheduled. Responsible for alerting management of any safety concerns.
Manage and update schedule daily with break-ins. Schedule for unplanned work. Co-ordinate central craft/cross module work.
Assist the Facilities Manager as needed in the development of a Capital plans which would include scheduling for infra-structure upgrades, equipment replacements and building modifications to ensure the building's future capabilities are maintained.
Responsible for ensuring that projects performed at the building are properly scheduled, executed and closed out in accordance with standard industry practices.
Responsible for ensuring Data Integrity of all work order information.
Assist the Facilities Manager in providing daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and special projects reporting as required.
Ensure quality requirements for maintenance service(s) are met for equipment with a Level 1 classification whether provided by Jones Lang LaSalle or its subcontractors. Comply with all Client procedures and practices and obtain written approval to contract out work on Level 1 equipment from Client prior to starting work.
Works on-call, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired experience and technical skills -
Required
2+ years of relevant work experience either in scheduling or performing facilities maintenance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Maximo, and MS Project
Knowledge of building systems and equipment reliability.
Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings, and use maintenance libraries.
Knowledge of Planning & Scheduling methodologies and Reliability Centered Maintenance programs.
Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis methodology and investigations.
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and master new skill sets quickly.
Commitment to promote and support a collegial and supportive work environment for all staff.

Preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Maximo CMMS and CIM Visual Planner.
Knowledge of GXP/GMP procedures.

Work Environment
Walking, bending over, kneeing, etc. across entire campus mixed between lab, office and manufacturing space
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
