Job Description Summary
The Data Entry Coordinator will be working on the IL Works Grant's data entry. Since this Grant is based on performance earnings, this position is crucial for revenue earning and funding release. The Data Entry Coordinator will make sure all data is correctly entered and on a timely basis.

Responsibilities
Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.

-Serve as a Data Entry Coordinator ( DEC) responsible for entering data into the Grant Reporting System and running reports regularly.
-Follow standards for data entry set by the Grantor, including creating new records and updating existing records within the Grant Reporting System.
-Conduct quality control processes by periodically reviewing entered data for accuracy and completeness.
-Proactively identify and address errors, participating in regular checks for data accuracy on a weekly or monthly basis.
-Verify grantee's data entry through Grant Reporting System dashboards, qualifying and notifying program administrators of identified data issues.
-Collaborate with the Support Services team to track financial data through standardized reports. -Participate in the Data Quality Assurance process to identify characteristics and examples for maintaining high data quality standards.
-Utilize basic computer skills, such as typing, mouse operations, navigating the file system, and proficiency with basic office software.
-Play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the Grant Reporting System and the Illinois Works Pre-apprenticeship Program through accurate data collection and entry.
-Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members. -Work with Microsoft Excel for data entry, manipulation, and reporting.
-Employ Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
-Utilize MS Lists to transfer and manage data, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
-Collaborate with the Grant Managers and technical support staff to communicate and resolve data and reporting issues promptly.
-Ensure easy access to collected data and allocate dedicated time in schedules for data entry tasks. -Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the Illinois Works Pre-apprenticeship Program.
Minimum Qualifications
-Associate Degree
-Technology literate
-Excellent typing skills
-Ability to work as a team
