We are seeking a skilled and motivated UKG Workforce Classic Configuration Specialist to optimize our platform and support key organizational changes. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing our current UKG Workforce Classic environment and configuring it to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will play a crucial role in two important projects: integrating employees from a recent acquisition and restructuring our platform to consolidate multiple FEINs under a single parent company with distinct divisions/business units.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze current UKG Workforce Classic configuration and identify areas for improvement.
  • Configure the platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Lead the technical implementation for importing employee data from an acquired company into UKG Workforce Classic.
  • Design and implement a new organizational structure within UKG Workforce Classic, transitioning from multiple FEINs to a single parent company with divisions/business units.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations across 8 different states.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the UKG Workforce Classic platform.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Classic configuration (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Central.
  • Project management experience.
