A DAY IN THE LIFE Maintains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when responding to employee inquiries via phone, email, and service delivery portal. Works cross functionally with HR team members to provide high level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine inquiries. Administers HR-related processes through the HCM system, including but not limited to approval of terminations, name changes, and transactions that need to be corrected, canceled, or rescinded. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Two-year Human Resources degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience. Five or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or other applicable customer service role(s). Prior experience working in an HR service center preferred. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Excellent interpersonal skills with and a customer service approach to problem solving. Ability to complete data entry into HR systems (Workday, JDE, Tungsten and other databases as needed).
