THE JOB:

As a Beverage Manager, you'll take charge of leading a talented team to deliver exceptional service that aligns with our brand standards. You'll oversee Assistant Beverage Managers and staff, ensuring every bar or drink service area meets its goals. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE SCHEDULE: Evening shift (5 PM - 2 AM)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations and budget management: Ensure smooth beverage operations, meet guest service standards, and manage fiscal goals to drive profitability.
• Manage inventory and stock levels: Maintain supplies, liquor, beer, wine, and equipment to meet demand, ensuring timely replenishment when needed.
• Lead and develop the beverage team: Recruit, train, and supervise staff while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture, and partnering with HR for employee relations.
• Maintain standards and ensure compliance: Uphold cleanliness, health, and sanitation standards, comply with state liquor regulations, and ensure drinks are prepared accurately with attention to presentation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in restaurant or management.
• 2+ years in F&B Management, preferably in a restaurant, casino, or hotel.
