YOUR ROLE

The Adobe Campaign Architect leads marketing technology transformation of our clients delivering a paradigm shift from high volumes of campaign operations to a highly automated, journey based omni-channel decisioning implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic v7/v8, a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, and the ability to architect scalable and robust solutions tailored to business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the data model within Adobe Campaign, including schema creation and integration with external data sources.
  • Design workflows, targeting logic, and personalization strategies for email, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing channels.
  • Oversee the integration of Adobe Campaign with third-party tools and platforms, such as CRMs, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Adobe Campaign Classic infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and junior architects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Adobe Campaign Classic and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data integration, and system performance.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Client Technology Leadership : Responsible for presenting & articulating technology solutions to non-technical clients and internal business owners. Primary point of contact for client IT stakeholders.Responsible for building confidence with client IT teams and ensuring compliance with client IT rules and contracts.


REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign Classic, including at least 3 years in an architect or senior technical role.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, and database optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, and other relevant technologies for Adobe Campaign development.
  • Proven track record of integrating Adobe Campaign with tools such as Salesforce, analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics), and CDPs.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
  • Able to demonstrate interest in/active research of emerging technologies and ability to apply these to client marketing opportunities

This range is specific to Detroit and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
