We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee various critical aspects of our organization.

Job Purpose:

This position will play a pivotal role in our company's success by managing a wide range of responsibilities. Will lead a team dedicated to providing the best customer service to our partners and finding creative solutions to unique circumstances. Will be responsible for client interactions, sales forecasting, process optimization, and more.

Job Duties:

  • Executive Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and leadership to ensure departmental alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Directly manage recruiting, hiring, coaching, and development efforts, and oversee performance feedback for quarterly and annual reviews, with full discretion over bonus allocations, developmental plans, and disciplinary actions.
    • Administration: Lead a high-performing team of Lease Administrators, ensuring consistent and seamless support for the Sales Team, clients, and vendors while driving continuous process improvement.
    • Remarketing: Oversee the strategic management of relationships between sales representatives and remarketing partners to maximize the value of returning equipment and expand remarketing opportunities. The processes within this area will also need to be refined and optimized for future success on the back end of leases.
    • Operations Strategy: Set operational priorities and standards, managing processes for proposals, contract bookings, terminations, and system optimization (Aspire), ensuring scalability and efficiency.
    • IT: Oversee and drive process enhancements within IT, especially through growing Vantage's Salesforce capabilities.
  • Sales Integration Leadership: Act as the primary executive partner for Sales Representatives, ensuring end-to-end support through lease installation, client engagement, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Sales Representative Development: Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding and training program for new Sales Representatives, ensuring proficiency in organizational processes and building their capacity for long-term success.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all lease and legal documentation while maintaining robust risk management practices.
  • Sales Performance Oversight: Deliver actionable monthly sales forecasts and insights, collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • High-Level Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex organizational challenges, leveraging cross-departmental collaboration to implement effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead strategic initiatives for process optimization across all teams, integrating advanced tools and workflows to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and organizational agility.
  • Policy and Program Development: Drive the creation and implementation of innovative programs, such as white-label initiatives, to position the company as an industry leader and open new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Decision-Making: Serve as a key decision-maker in shaping operational policies, improving interdepartmental workflows, and setting performance benchmarks to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide detailed reporting and recommendations to the executive team, ensuring transparency in departmental operations and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment leasing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment leasing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
