Seeking a BHT Clinician to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis at one of our four clinics hiring!

Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Monday - Friday/8am - 4:30pm

44th St and Oak in Phoenix, AZ

23rd Ave and Peoria in Phoenix, AZ

32nd St and Baseline in Phoenix, AZ

Mesa Dr and University in Mesa, AZ

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)

Responsibilities:

As a Clinician in our Rehabilitation Program you will work directly with clients to identify and achieve their rehabilitation goals, by providing support and engaging them in skills building, employment and vocational skills. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management and crisis management.

You will facilitate groups and evaluate and document their progress toward their treatment goals and coordinate care with our clients' support, such as clinical teams, family and any community supports.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • A High School Diploma/GED and three years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
  • An Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
  • A bachelor's degree in the behavioral health field; OR
  • A non-behavioral health field bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy

    • *This position does not require your own vehicle


  • Must have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to apply for one within 7 working days of beginning employment
  • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
  • Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions
  • Must pass background check, TB test, and other pre-employment screening
